Nice lens for little money
Strengths: Inexpensive excellent macro lens for beginner
Weakness: Working distance isn't the greatest
Sigma lenses are truly an inexpensive alternative to Canon or other brands higher priced models. The lens is amazingly powerful and precise for only a few hundred bucks. I know that I've wanted a macro lens for a long time but didn't think I could afford one. That was until a friend of mine suggested this lens.
