Very nice printer

Strengths: Awesome quality. Prints from 3"x5" all the way up to 13"x19". Built-in networking.

Weakness: Big size. It would be nice if small display were color as other, cheaper HP printers are.

I was an Epson man and finally got tired of the print heads that were always clogged up when I needed to use it. I wanted a high-quality, networked color printer. This one had outstanding print quality reviews (found in other forums) so I gave it a try. The printer arrived and I was a little shocked how big it was. I bought it off the Internet without actually seeing one firsthand. I guess I...

Extremely Poor Quality Printer

Strengths: Nice features

Weakness: Abysmal quality

It took me 10+ hours with HP support, three weeks, and four (yes, that's 4) different printers before I got one that would actually print consistently. After printing about 8 pictures with no problems, now the printer's putting a 1/4 inch band of lighter color on the right edge of all of my B-sized prints. HP will not refund my money. I now have a $400 memory card reader. Stay away from this...

Excellent Printer!

Strengths: Bluetooth support (w/ optional bt450) lots of RAM for large photos huge paper tray with separate photo paper feeder for 5x8 & 4x7

Weakness: huge! better have the desk space

I got this printer for my wife so she could print from her iMac in RAW format, her old photo printer (4700 series) would choke on the RAW pictures, but this one is performing like a champ. With the optional bt450, she's printing over BlueTooth with no separate USB connection, eliminating one more more cable from the "cable clutter". Mac users, just plug in the bt450 on the printer's front USB...

Solid printer

Strengths: great 13X19 prints

Weakness: not so great 4X6

Got this machine at a great price and can't complain. It is well built, the large prints are great but the ink is expensive and machine is huge! Also, 4X6's have had some issues. I am yet to contact hp for help but i'm sure ill get it resolved. Overall, if you can get this for a lo price (which now you can compared to the orig. 499.99) then it will be well worth its weight in large scale prints....

Super Photo Printer

Strengths: HP offers prints heads directlly built on the ink cartridges. Consumption of color inks appears to be very low. No head cleaning required

Weakness: Consumption of Grey and Black inks is lot more than colored inks

It offers quality that is much better than inkjet photo printer on the market today. You get lots of connectivity options as well as many image controls and tons of possible color combinations with all of the ink cartridges. The HP 8750 is for one who wants a very high-quality inkjet photo printer to print their high-quality digital images.

HP Photosmart 8750

The HP Photosmart 8750 is a good, large format desktop photo printer and a good choice for the advanced hobbyist looking to make larger prints at home. But slow print times, long drying times, and lack of individual ink tanks will have professional photographers looking elsewhere.
